Common use of Regular Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Employee. An employee who has successfully completed a twelve (12) month probationary period and has had no subsequent break in service as occasioned by quit, resignation, discharge for just cause or retirement.

Regular Employee. An employee who has successfully completed a twelve (12) month probationary period and has had no subsequent break in service as occasioned by quit, resignation, discharge for just cause cause, or retirement.
