Common use of Registrations Clause in Contracts

Registrations. The Company will have the exclusive right to obtain copyright registrations, letters patent, industrial design registrations, trade-▇▇▇▇ registrations or any other protection in respect of the Materials and the intellectual property rights relating to the Materials anywhere in the world. At the expense and request of the Company, the Executive shall, both during and after the Executive’s employment with the Company, promptly execute all documents and do all other acts necessary in order to enable the Company to protect its rights in any of the Materials and the intellectual property rights relating to the Materials.

At the expense and request of the Company, the Executive shall, both during and after the Executive’s employment with the Company, promptly execute all documents and do all other acts necessary in order to enable the Company to protect its rights in any of the Materials and the intellectual property rights relating to the Materials.
