Registration of Security Interest. This Agreement has been executed and delivered by Buyer for the purpose of, among other things, registering with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and corresponding offices in other countries of the world, the security interest of HAL Antillen in any and all of the following types of Intellectual Property Collateral: trademarks, trade names, corporate names, company names, business names, fictitious business names, trade styles, service marks, logos, and other business identifiers, prints and labels on which any of the foregoing have appeared or appear, all registrations and recordings thereof, all applications in connection therewith, all renewals thereof, and all of the goodwill of the business connected with the use of, and symbolized by, each trademark, trademark registration and trademark application.
