Registration/Licensure. To practise as a Licensed Practical Nurse, an employee must be authorized to do so under the provisions of the Health Professions Act of BC. Such authorization must be in effect on or by January 1st of each calendar year.

Registration/Licensure. (a) To practise as a Licensed Practical Nurse, an employee must be authorized to do so under the provisions of the Health Professions Act of BC. Such authorization must be in effect on or by January 1st of each calendar year. (b) A Licensed Practical Nurse is required to provide such authorization to practise by presentation of the licence, registration card or other proof acceptable to the Employer on or by January 1st of each calendar year.
