The Lender shall have received a registration certificate of the Tangshan Municipal Bureau for Exchange Control (a "Registration Certificate") evidencing that a Registration Certificate has been obtained for the full aggregate amount of the Loans to be made hereunder pursuant to subsection 2.1.
