Registration and Form. The Euro Notes of any series shall be issuable as Registered Securities as provided in Section 1.02 of this Seventh Supplemental Indenture without coupons. The Euro Notes of any series shall be issued and may be transferred only in minimum denominations of €100,000 and integral multiples of €1,000 in excess thereof. All payments of principal, premium or Redemption Price, if any, and interest in respect of any Euro Notes shall be made by the Company in immediately available funds.
