Registration and Form. The Notes shall be issuable in registered form without coupons in minimum denominations of $2,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof. Each Note shall be dated the date of its authentication and shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto. The Operating Partnership, any Guarantor, the Trustee and any agent of the Operating Partnership, any Guarantor or the Trustee shall treat the Person in whose name a Note is registered in the Security Register as the owner of such Note for all purposes whatsoever, and none of the Operating Partnership, any Guarantor, the Trustee or any agent of the Operating Partnership, any Guarantor or the Trustee shall be affected by notice to the contrary.
