Common use of Registered User Agreements Clause in Contracts

Registered User Agreements. Sagent and Concessionaire shall enter into registered user agreements with respect to the Sagent Marks pursuant to applicable trademark law requirements in the Territory, if any. Concessionaire or Sagent, at Sagent's sole discretion, shall be responsible for proper filing of registered user agreements and all such other required registrations relating to the legal protection of the Sagent Marks with governmental authorities in the Territory and shall pay all costs or fees associated with such filing(s).
