Registered User Agreements. To the extent ABT deems necessary, in its reasonable discretion, to properly protect ABT's rights, ABT and ABT/Nordic shall enter into registered user agreements with respect to the ABT Brand pursuant to applicable trademark law requirements in the Territory or the European Union. ABT/Nordic will be responsible for proper filing of registered user agreements with appropriate government authorities and shall pay all costs or fees associated with such filing.
