Registered Office/Agent; Jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 18.02 (Notice of Commencement of Civil Action), and in addition thereto, the Lessee, if a corporation, shall designate a registered office and a registered agent, as required by Section 48.091, Florida Statutes, such designations to be filed with the Florida Department of State in accordance with Section 607.0501, Florida Statutes. If the Lessee is a natural person, he and his personal representative hereby submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the Courts of this State for any cause of action based in whole or in part on an alleged breach of this Agreement.
