Common use of REGIONAL SAN Clause in Contracts

REGIONAL SAN. Regional San has oversight authority for the Program and is responsible for implementation of Program Implementation Actions necessary for the realization of the public water quality benefit described in this contract, including monitoring for the public water quality benefit, and reporting to the State Water Board and the CWC pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 6014, subdivisions (a)(2)(A)(3) and (a)(2)(A)(4), respectively. Regional San may delegate elements of Program reporting or execution of the adaptive management plan. However, it is the responsibility of Regional San to ensure that the terms and conditions identified in the Contract are met.

Regional San may delegate elements of Program reporting or execution of the adaptive management planAdaptive Management Plan. However, it is the responsibility of any delegation does not relieve Regional San of its responsibility to ensure that the terms and conditions identified in the Contract are met.
