Regional Campuses i. Consistent with the principles and parameters stated in Section 4, priority for assignment to Intersession and Summer Session courses shall go to Faculty members at the Campus where the course is scheduled and then Faculty of the Regional Campus system.

Regional Campuses. The University will provide Area 2 parking for all faculty at regional campuses. Parking rates at campus locations other than Storrs, except as noted below, shall be the same as the Area 2 rates at the Storrs campus. Bargaining unit members purchasing parking permits at the campus at which they are primarily employed shall have the parking permit honored at comparable or lesser types of parking at other campuses when travelling to such locations for University business. The University reserves the right to also provide non-Area 2 parking at any campus. If non-Area 2 parking is made available to bargaining unit members, the rates will be negotiated with UConn-AAUP.
Regional Campuses. The University has the right to institute parking fees at the regional campuses. If parking fees are instituted at the regional campuses, with the exception of the anticipated downtown Hartford campus, rates shall be the same as the Area 2 rates at the Storrs campus. Parking fees for the downtown Hartford campus shall be the same as the garage rates charged at the Storrs campus. The University agrees, however, to discuss with AAUP a sliding scale based on salary for parking fees at the proposed downtown Hartford campus for adjunct faculty and lower paid members of the bargaining unit before charging parking fees. Regional Campuses. Subject to the approval of the Vice President for Student Affairs, each regional campus shall establish a judicial system, which is consistent with the principles and structure of the system as outlined in this document.   • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.
