REGARD TO DECENCY AND ORDER. (1) The entry of land, a building or structure under this Chapter must be conducted with strict regard to decency and order, which must include regard to— (a) a person’s right to respect for and protection of his dignity; (b) the right to freedom and security of the person; and (c) the right to a person’s personal privacy.
