Refusal of Booking. THE TRUST reserves the right to refuse a booking without notice or to cancel this hiring agreement at any time either before or during the term of the agreement upon giving notice in writing to the Hirer if they consider the Identified Premises is being used for an unsuitable purpose. THE HIRER shall be entitled upon such notice to reimbursement of such monies including the deposit, or a proportion of it, paid by the Hirer to The Trust. The Trust shall not be liable to make any further payment to the Hirer.
Refusal of Booking. THE COMMITTEE reserves the right to refuse a booking without notice or to cancel this hiring agreement at any time either before or during the term of’ the agreement upon giving 7 days’ notice in writing to the hirer. THE HIRER shall be entitled upon such notice to reimbursement of such monies, including the deposit or a proportion of the same, as have been paid by the hirer to the Committee, but the Committee shall not be liable to make any further payment to the hirer.
Refusal of Booking. The Parochial Church Council reserves the right to refuse a booking without notice or to cancel this hiring agreement at any time either before or during the term of the agreement upon giving one month’s notice in writing to the Hirer. The Hirer shall be entitled upon such notice to reimbursement of such monies as have been paid by the Hirer to the Parochial Church Council and the Hirer shall not be liable to make any further payment to the Parochial Church Council.
Refusal of Booking. 19.1 The Council may refuse or cancel any hiring if in its opinion the hiring organisation for which the Premises are hired has racist policies, regardless of the stated reason for hiring the building. In such event the Council shall incur no liability to the Hirer whatsoever other than the return of any of the Total Amount Due that has been paid in respect of such cancelled hiring.
Refusal of Booking. 16.1 The VHMC may cancel any hiring if in its opinion the hiring organisation for which the Premises are hired has racist policies, regardless of the stated reason for hiring the building. In such event the VHMC shall incur no liability to the Hirer whatsoever, other than the return of any of the Total Amount Due that has been paid by him in respect of such cancelled hiring.
Refusal of Booking. The Committee reserves the right not to accept a booking. No booking will be accepted from any person under 18 years of age.

THE HIRER shall be entitled upon such notice to reimbursement of such monies including the deposit or a proportion of the same as have been paid by the hirer to the Council but the Council shall not be liable to make any further payment to the hirer.
Refusal of Booking. The Council reserves the right to: a. Refuse any application for the hiring of a Venue without being required to give any reason for such refusal. b. Cancel any booked event due to poor weather or unsuitable ground conditions. c. Withdraw permission to use the Venue at any time up to and including the day of the Event. Failure to submit the required event documentation and payment [28] days before the commencement of the Hire Period may result in the Council refusing to hire the land and issuing Permission to Occupy. For events with payment already outstanding, the Council refuses to take further bookings.
Refusal of Booking. THE TOWN HALL MANAGER / TRUST reserves the right to refuse a booking. Any monies paid will be refunded.
