Common use of Refund or Payment upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Refund or Payment upon Termination. If this Agreement is terminated by You in accordance with Section 12.3 (Termination), We will refund You any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms after the effective date of termination. If this Agreement is terminated by Us in accordance with Section 12.3, You will pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms. In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.

Refund or Payment upon Termination. If this Agreement is terminated by You in accordance with Section 12.3 (Termination), We will refund You any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term Subscription Term of all Order Forms after the effective date of termination. If this Agreement is terminated by Us in accordance with Section 12.3, You will pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term Subscription Term of all Order Forms. In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.

In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of terminationunder this Agreement.

In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees Fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.

If this Agreement is terminated by You in accordance with Section 12.3 (7.2 [Termination)], We will refund You any Platform Fees and not yet incurred Expenses you may have prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms after the effective date of terminationTerm. If this Agreement is terminated by Us in accordance with Section 12.37.2, You will pay Us any unpaid fees covering Fees under this Agreement and the applicable Service Schedule for the remainder of the term of all Order FormsTerm. If this Agreement is terminated by Us in accordance with Section 12.313.3 (Termination), You will pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms. In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.

In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.

If this Agreement is terminated by You in accordance with Section 12.3 (the “Termination)” section of this Agreement, We will refund You any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms after the effective date of termination. In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.

(Termination), We will refund You any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms after the effective date of termination. If this Agreement is terminated by Us in accordance with Section 12.315.4, You will pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms. In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.

If this Agreement is terminated by You in accordance with Section 12.3 (Termination), We will refund You any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term Subscription Term of all Order Forms after the effective date of termination.
