REFUND OF EARNEST MONEY. In the event Purchaser is entitled to a refund of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇t Money pursuant to the express terms of this Agreement, the E▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money shall be immediately paid to Purchaser by the Title Co▇▇▇▇▇, and Seller agrees to promptly take all such actions and execute and deliver all such documents as may be necessary or appropriate in the reasonable opinion of the Purchaser or the Escrow Agent to effect such payment.
