Common use of Reformulation/Warning Commitment Clause in Contracts

Reformulation/Warning Commitment. As of the Effective Date, Xxxx shall not manufacture, import, distribute, sell or offer the Products for sale in the State of California unless they are Reformulated Products pursuant to Section 2.1. or contain appropriate health hazard warnings pursuant to Section 2.3 below.
