Reflection and feedback. Within one (1) week of classroom observation, the ▇▇▇▇ and instructor shall meet to develop an action plan relating to issues that need improvement and develop strategies for that improvement. Both parties shall sign the action plan. The College shall provide for any cost involved or release time to implement the action plan.
