Common use of Referral Procedure Clause in Contracts

Referral Procedure. Not excluding the provisions provided for in Article XVI-Portability, the Employer agrees to give the territorial Carpenters Local Union hiring hall first opportunity to furnish competent and qualified journeymen and apprentices upon the Employer’s request and xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local Union agrees to supply such craftworkers. When xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local Union does not furnish qualified employees within 48 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded), the contractor shall be free to obtain employees from any Northeast Regional Council of Xxxxxxxxx Local Union. All referrals for millwrights shall be made through Millwright Local 715 in accordance with its referral procedures.
