Referral Commissions. In instances in which the REFERRAL AGENT refers an individual or company to the FIRM and the referral becomes a client of the FIRM with the help of the FIRM’s staff, the FIRM will charge its standard retail fees and shall compensate the REFERRAL AGENT a commission of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of legal fees billed to client (not including government expenses).

Referral Commissions. 4.1 WorkBuzz shall collect all fees from Referrals for the WorkBuzz Service directly from Referrals (“Subscription Fees”).

However, If the same client should submit a new application via a different Marketing Associate company sponsored website after a period of 60 days from the original application date then the newly submitted application shall take precedence over the originally submitted application and the new Marketing Associate shall be entitled to referral compensation. Any investor client application made to Company whereby at the time of such application, the Marketing Associate is the listing and/or selling agent for the specific purchase or listing agreement with the investor client shall not be superseded by any subsequently application submitted through another Marketing Associates website.

The parties shall from time to time mutually agree upon the percentage commissions that each party is to pay to the other under this Section 5.2, based upon the percentage commissions that each party would pay to a third party for performing the same or similar services, and shall amend this Agreement, or otherwise execute a written document, to reflect the percentage commissions agreed upon.

In the event that no reallowance of selling commissions or payment of other compensation is due to the Dealer Manager after such rescinded subscription occurs, the Dealer shall pay the amount specified in the preceding sentence to the Dealer Manager within seven (7) days following receipt of notice by the Dealer from the Dealer Manager stating the amount owed as a result of rescinded subscriptions.
