REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS. The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that no benefits to Practice hereunder require or are in any way contingent upon the admission, recommendation, referral or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by Manager or any of its affiliates, to any patients of Practice, Practice's employees or agents.

We undertake periodic reviews of our referral arrangements in order to ensure that the referral fees received or given do not encourage practices incompatible with our obligations toward our clients. Compensated referral arrangements create an inherent conflict of interest, because the party receiving the referral fee may be incentivized to make the referral because of the fee and not because such a referral is in the client’s best interest. MAM has a process for ensuring that the parties to a referral agreement are qualified, are acting within their authority, and that the terms of the referral agreement are fair. If MAM pays or receives a fee or other advantage in connection with a referral, the specific details of that arrangement will be provided to you in a separate, customized disclosure document.
REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS a. Xxxx has entered into contractual arrangements (for stock trading services in India and U.S etc.) with third-party service provides wherein Niyo shall be acting as a Referrer and will introduce the customer/Users with the actual platform provider post which clients will be directly sharing their details on such third party platforms. Once customers have been referred, they are solely responsible for any and all orders placed by them and understand that all orders are unsolicited and based on their own investment decisions. The terms and conditions for such promotional rewards are provided in the relevant section of the TOU.
