Common use of References to Documents Clause in Contracts

References to Documents. Unless expressly provided to the contrary or the context otherwise requires, all references in this Mortgage to any other document, instrument or agreement shall be deemed to refer to such document, instrument or agreement as it may be amended, modified, supplemented, renewed, extended or restated from time to time; provided, however, that nothing in this subsection shall operate or be construed to authorize any such amendment, modification, supplement, renewal, extension or restatement that is prohibited or restricted under any other provision of the Loan Documents.
