Common use of References to Conditions Clause in Contracts

References to Conditions. References herein to the Issuer Conditions (or to any particular numbered Condition) shall be to the Issuer Conditions (or that particular one of them) set out in Schedule 3 to the Issuer Trust Deed as supplemented and modified by the Final Terms applicable to the Notes (the "Final Terms"), attached hereto. In the event of any conflict between the Issuer Conditions and the information in the Final Terms, the Final Terms will prevail.
