References to Conditions. Any reference herein to the "Conditions" is to the Conditions as defined in the Agency Agreement, as completed by the Final Terms, and any reference to a numbered "Condition" is to the correspondingly numbered provision thereof. Words and expressions defined in the Conditions shall have the same meanings when used in this Temporary Global Note.
