References to an Operator Sample Clauses
The "References to an Operator" clause defines how the term "Operator" is to be interpreted throughout the agreement. It typically clarifies that any mention of the Operator includes its employees, agents, and permitted assigns, ensuring that obligations and rights attributed to the Operator extend to these related parties as well. This clause helps prevent ambiguity by specifying exactly who is covered under the term "Operator," thereby ensuring clarity and consistency in the application of the contract's provisions.
References to an Operator. All references in this Agreement to an act, omission, right or obligation of an Operator are to be interpreted as an act, omission, right or obligation (as applicable) of that Operator in the course of providing Train Services for the End User in respect of the Access Rights, and not in connection with:
(a) the provision of Train services by the Operator for any other person; or
(b) the provision of Train services for the End User in respect of access rights granted under any other Access Agreement.
