Reference Letter. At your request, Trinseo Europe GmbH will provide you with an interim reference letter within 20 days from your return of this agreement (including all required other documents) duly signed and with a final reference letter within 10 days from commencing Garden Leave or the End Employment Date, at your choice.
Reference Letter. If asked about your performance in your role at InVivo or the reasons for your departure, InVivo’s CEO will provide a reference to the inquirer that is, at a minimum, consistent with the Form 8K announcing your retirement from InVivo.
Reference Letter. Kreido agrees to provide XXXXXXXX with a reference letter signed by the Chief Executive Officer of Kreido, which XXXXXXXX may use in his future employment endeavors.
Reference Letter. Concurrently with the execution of this Transition Agreement, Xx. Xxxxxxxxx has received from the Company a letter of reference, in form and substance satisfactory to both him and the Company. Any oral references provided by the Company will be substantially consistent with the letter of reference, although the Company shall not be required to refer to the letter or to limit any statements solely to those set forth in the letter. In consideration of the Company having provided that letter, as well as the payments and benefits provided for in Sections 1 and 2, Xx. Xxxxxxxxx agrees that he shall not make any false, disparaging or derogatory statements to any media outlet, industry group, financial institution or current or former employee, consultant or customer of the Company, or to any party that has contractual relations with the Company, regarding the Company or any of its directors, officers, employees, stockholders, agents or representatives or about the Company’s business affairs and financial condition. The Company will instruct its officers who are reporting persons pursuant to the rules set forth in 17 CFR Section 240.16a-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and each member of its Board of Directors not to, and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer will not, make any false, disparaging or derogatory statements to any media outlet, industry group, financial institution or current or former employee, consultant or customer of the Company, or to any party that has contractual relations with the Company, or to any potential or future employer of Xx. Xxxxxxxxx, regarding Xx. Xxxxxxxxx, including Xx. Xxxxxxxxx’x employment by the Company and the cessation of his employment.
Reference Letter. Kreido agrees to provide Balbien with a favorable reference letter signed by the Chair of Kreido’s Board of Directors, which Balbien may use in his future employment endeavors. A senior executive officer of Kreido will provide oral references consistent with the letter to Balbien’s prospective employers upon provision of written authorization from Balbien at the time such references are requested.
Reference Letter. Upon successful completion of the job the employer agrees to provide a letter of recommendation to the babynurse. The employer will provide this letter on or prior to the last day of employment. Please understand that although writing a recommendation is a small inconvenience it is enormously important to your babynurse’s career. It is crucial that you sign the letter and print it out on official letterhead, if possible. Your effort in writing this letter is GREATLY appreciated.
Reference Letter. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company shall provide a written positive reference letter in mutually satisfactory form.
Reference Letter. Kreido agrees to provide MCGREVY with a reference letter signed by the Chief Executive Officer of Kreido, which MCGREVY may use in his future employment endeavors.
Reference Letter. As further consideration for the terms of this Agreement, the Company will provide Xxxxxxx with a letter of reference which is mutually acceptable to both parties. No other reference will be given by the Company regarding Xxxxxxx or his employment, except that the Company may respond to requests for references by only confirming the dates of Xxxxxxx'x employment with the Company and Xxxxxxx'x last job title.
Reference Letter. Kreido agrees to provide BINNINGER xxxx x xeference letter signed by the Chief Executive Officer of Kreido, which BINNINGER xxx xxx in his future employment endeavors.
