Reference Account. 1.1 In order for us to provide you with Services, you must maintain a Reference Account in the Reference Currency with us at all times.

As a reference account, Xxxxxxx may ask the Customer agrees to participate in case studies, interviews and / provide quotations to be published in Kadence’s marketing materials. In the event that the Customer agrees to act as a reference account, Xxxxxxx will agree to act as a reference account/ supplier for the Customer.
Reference Account. WDIG will act as a reference account for at least one potential HitBox Enterprise customer per quarter at the sole discretion of WDIG.

In consideration of the favorable pricing and terms provided to Peregrine under this Schedule, Peregrine agrees to the release of an individual press announcement that Peregrine has licensed Motive technology to deliver internet based technical support for Peregrine's products. Additionally, a Peregrine spokesperson will speak to news reporters and industry analysts in conjunction with said release. Such press release will be coordinated with Peregrine and shall be subject to its prior approval that shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Reference Account. The Account Holder shall have an account registered in their name with a UK credit institution for payments to and from the Service Bank Account (the "Reference Account"). Only in exceptional situations is Hoist entitled to make payments to the Reference Account.

Reference Account eBay agrees to serve as a reference customer for iPIX's TSG business, subject to eBay's prior written approval of any materials in which iPIX may refer to eBay.

Customer agrees to the following reference account activities under this agreement between Customer and SELECTICA; Press Release upon deal signature, Case Study upon project completion and execution of reference calls by a nominated representative of Customer.
Reference Account. During the term of this Agreement, GE shall serve as a reference account for Telocity. Specifically, Telocity shall be permitted to name GE as a customer in any of its marketing or advertising materials and otherwise publicly state that it provides Telocity Services to GE; provided that GE shall have approved in advance the specific use of GE's name in such marketing and advertising materials and public statements. With respect to the preceding sentence, GE shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its approval of such materials and statements. GE shall also, from time to time, respond to calls for reference from prospective Telocity business customers, investors, analysts or other interested parties.
