Reevaluation to a Lower Range Clause Samples
The "Reevaluation to a Lower Range" clause allows for the reassessment of a previously determined value, rate, or classification, with the possibility of adjusting it downward. In practice, this clause may apply to pricing, performance metrics, or eligibility tiers, enabling a party to revisit and reduce the applicable range if certain conditions are met, such as underperformance or market changes. Its core function is to provide flexibility and risk management by ensuring that terms remain fair and reflective of actual circumstances, thereby protecting parties from overcommitment or misaligned expectations.
