Reduction Plan. The Community Unit District #4 Board of Education and Heyworth United Education Association is cognizant of the value of protecting instructional time and reducing unnecessary routine tasks of the instructional staff. Efforts to meet this goal have been initiated and include the use of in•house computers for scheduling and grade reporting, use of a test scoring computer for classroom objective tests, restriction of class interruptions, and other efforts by staff and administrative personnel. The staff and Administration shall continue to initiate means whereby routine tasks performed by certificated personnel may be reduced in the future. To this end, representatives from the Association will meet with the Administration as the need arises to discuss suggestions to reduce routine tasks or other interruptions which impact instructional time.

Reduction Plan. Initial Steps It is the goal of King County and the Contract Cities to avoid reaching population levels that trigger population alerts. To this end the parties will examine current practices and to the extent available use population reduction strategies and alternatives to secure detention programs to reduce reliance on secure jail beds. In addition, during 2002 and 2003 the following actions will be undertaken to prepare for the possibility of a mismatch between capacity and demand for secure jail beds.

  • Profit Sharing Plan Under the Northrim BanCorp, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan (the “Plan”), Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual profit share based on performance as defined by the Board of Directors. Executive will be classified in the Executive tier under the Plan’s Responsibility Factors. If Employer is required to prepare an accounting restatement due to “material noncompliance of the Employer,” the Employer will recover from the Executive any incentive compensation during the three (3) years prior to the date of the restatement, in excess of what would have been paid under the restatement. Executive’s signature on this Agreement authorizes Employer to offset or deduct from any compensation Employer may owe Executive, any excess payments (in whole or in part) that Executive may owe Employer due to such restatement(s).

  • Self-Funded Leave Plan 26.01 The Self Funded Leave Plan has been developed to afford Employees the opportunity of taking up to one year leave of absence and, through deferral of salary, to finance the leave subject to the regulations under the Income Tax Act.
