Reduction of Commitments Repayment Prepayment. SECTION 2.1 EXTENSION OF TERM LOAN MATURITY DATE. Borrower may, by written notice to McKesson at least 90 days prior to the Term Loan Maturity Date then in effect (but no more than once in any twelve consecutive months), request McKesson to extend the Term Loan Maturity Date for an additional period but not beyond the final term of the Supply Agreement. So long as there exists no Default at such time, McKesson shall extend the Term Loan Maturity Date as set forth in such request. If such request is granted, the Term Loan Maturity Date then in effect shall be so extended, subject to such changed terms and payment of such fee (if any) as shall have been agreed upon by Borrower and McKesson.

  • Voluntary Prepayments Commitment Reductions (a) Prior to the Stated Maturity Date, the Borrower may, from time to time on any Business Day, make a voluntary prepayment, in whole or in part, of the outstanding principal amount of the Loans; provided, however, that:

  • Revolving Loan Prepayments (i) In the event of the termination of all the Revolving Commitments, Borrower shall, on the date of such termination, repay or prepay all its outstanding Revolving Borrowings and all outstanding Swingline Loans and replace all outstanding Letters of Credit or cash collateralize all outstanding Letters of Credit in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.18(i).
