Reduction in Force Removals Clause Samples

Reduction in Force Removals. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article and of any other provisions of this Agreement, oral understandings, or prior agreements, the provisions of Article 11 – Reduction in Force, herein, shall be applicable to all members of the bargaining unit without exception and the provisions of Article 11 shall supersede the provisions of this Article in the event of a reduction in force.
