Common use of Reduced Work Weeks Clause in Contracts

Reduced Work Weeks. For temporary reductions in production, the normal work week may be reduced to four (4) eight (8) hour work days a maximum of eight (8) times in a contract year. Such changes in the work schedule will be posted in accordance with Article IX, Section 4 where it is known in advance.
