Reduced Use Sample Clauses

Reduced Use. Reduced use is measured by OHA as the percentage of Individuals engaged in and receiving A&D 66 Services under this Agreement who reduce their use of alcohol or other drugs during treatment, as reported in the MOTS data system, upon planned interruption in Services or 90 day retention, whichever comes first.

  • Permitted Use Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion.
