Redline Drawings Sample Clauses

The Redline Drawings clause defines the requirement for parties to mark up construction or design drawings to reflect changes, modifications, or as-built conditions during a project. Typically, this involves updating original plans with annotations or color-coded lines to indicate deviations from the initial design, ensuring that all alterations are clearly documented and traceable. The core function of this clause is to maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of the work as it is performed, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes about what was actually constructed or modified.
