Redevelopment Area - Project 1. After all TIF Obligations and Reimbursable Costs have been paid, but not later than twenty-three (23) years from the adoption of an Ordinance approving and designating Redevelopment Area - Project 1, all property in Redevelopment Area shall be subject to assessments and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including, but not limited to, City, State, and County taxes, based on the full true value of the real property and the standard assessment ratio then in use for similar property by the County Assessor, and Redevelopment Area - Project 1 shall be owned and operated by Developer free from the conditions, restrictions, and provisions of the Act, of any rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto, of the Ordinance, of the Redevelopment Plan, and of this Contract.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.
