Redesign Services. The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) are implementing comprehensive reforms to expand access to mental health and addiction treatment services in Ohio. BH Redesign impacts provider types 84 and 95 and any practitioner who works for those agencies. During implementation of BH Redesign, the MCOP shall adhere to the following:

Redesign Services. Without limitation to Architect’s obligation under Paragraph 2.3.2, above, if at any time the Fixed Limit as adjusted in accordance with Paragraph 2.3.4, above, is exceeded by more than ten percent (10%) of such adjusted Fixed Limit by either: (1) the sum of the Construction Costs to construct the Project that are set forth in an Estimate of Construction Costs prepared by Architect, a Subconsultant or a County Consultant; or (2) the “lowest responsive bid” obtained by the County from a responsible contractor pursuant to a competitive bidding process, then Architect shall, if so directed by County in writing, propose and, if further directed by County in writing, implement revisions to the Design Documents (including, without limitation, multiple redesign alternatives) for the purpose of reducing the sum of Construction Costs to an amount that is within the sum of the Fixed Limit as adjusted in accordance with Paragraph 2.3.4, above, plus ten percent (10%) of such adjusted Fixed Limit. Redesign Services. At the conclusion of the Initial Term (as defined in Sec. 3) and at the conclusion of every fourth Renewal Term thereafter, the Client will be entitled to a basic graphic redesign of one (1) website. Basic graphic redesign does not include Design Themes. Related to Redesign Services

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • New Services (a) From time to time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may request the other Party to provide additional or different services which such other Party is not expressly obligated to provide under this Agreement (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Additional Services or Service Increases, the “New Services”). The Party receiving such request shall consider such request in good faith; provided, however, that no Party shall be obligated to provide any New Services, including because, after negotiations between the Parties pursuant to Section 2.04(b), the Parties fail to reach an agreement with respect to the terms (including the Service Charges) applicable to the provision of such New Services.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Application Services Under an “Application Services” engagement, we will assist you with defining, developing and deploying end-to-end enterprise or departmental applications; tasks may include determining the optimal technology approach and caching strategy to deliver effective, high-performance applications; leveraging a best practice approach for building new applications which includes conducting user workshops, building wireframes, iterating, testing, documenting and mentoring to increase adoption; and enhancing, optimizing or redesigning existing applications for improved user experience, faster performance or extended functionality.

  • Preconstruction Services At the Owner’s sole discretion and upon the Owner’s written direction, pursuant to a duly issued Work Order, the Construction Manager shall perform the Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the preparation of the Contract Documents by consulting with the Owner and the Architect regarding Drawings and Specifications as they are being prepared, and recommend alternate solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility, cost or schedules, including without limitation, providing value engineering options. The Construction Manager shall promptly notify the Owner and Architect in writing of any apparent defects in the Contract Documents for any Project when it is discovered, as well as any apparent defects in the design documents for any Project, including without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications set forth in any Work Order affecting such Project.
