REDELIVERY OF TOKENS. 4.1. Subject to Section 4.2, the Parties agree that on the Maturity Date, the Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the Lent Token Amount. 4.2. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Borrower shall not be liable to the Lender with respect to any Tokens the Borrower cannot redeliver to the Lender solely as a result of a Hacker Event.
