Common use of Redecoration Clause in Contracts

Redecoration. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing covenant in every fifth year of the Term and in the last year of the Term (whether determined by effluxion of time or under the provisions for re-entry hereinafter contained or otherwise) to paint all the outside wood and ironwork heretofore or usually painted in a proper and workmanlike manner with two coats of paint of a colour and quality to be approved by the Landlord and so often as may be necessary to have professionally treated in accordance with the best approved manner for preserving and protecting the same all outside materials forming part of the Property and requiring treatment for preservation and protection and in every seventh year of the Term and in the last year of the Term (whether determined by effluxion of time or under the provisions for re-entry hereinafter contained or otherwise) to paint all the interior of the Property heretofore or usually painted in a proper and workmanlike manner with two coats of a paint of a colour and quality to be approved by the Landlord
