Recycling Material. Contractor shall inform Exelon’s Designated Representative of programs that Contractor provides for reusing and/or recycling Material, including waste from packaging and containers, used chemicals and equipment. Exelon, at its sole discretion, may direct Contractor to take back used material, packaging, and/or containers for reuse or recycling, in accordance with such Contractor’s program. Any cost adjustments associated with the reuse or recycling of Material shall be identified in the Purchase Order.
