Recycle Center Sample Clauses

Recycle Center. The Town agrees to relocate the Recycling Center, and to act in good faith to pursue all the necessary funds for the relocation, including anticipated grant funds to relocate the recycling center. In the event the Town does not receive full funding to relocate the recycling center, the District agrees to contribute a maximum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) toward the relocation of the recycling center.

Recycle Center. The Town is currently exploring options for relocation and improvement of the recycling center, including seeking grants for such purpose. The Town and District agree to negotiate in good faith to share financial arrangements for such relocation, which may include the District providing matching funds for grants or sharing costs for moving and re-installing components of the recycling center.
