Recreational Equipment. All playground and recreational equipment must be used, erected, placed or maintained to the rear of all lots. Tennis courts and in-ground swimming pools are permissible. Pools shall be enclosed by attractive fencing. Tennis courts must have attractive shrubbery and screening around them and both pools and tennis courts must be approved by the Planning Committee.
Recreational Equipment. Recreational and playground equipment shall be placed or installed only upon the rear of a Lot, except that basketball goals, backboards and poles may be placed or installed other than upon the rear of a Lot provided they are painted and maintained in accordance with the Design Standards. All recreational and playground equipment shall be kept screened by adequate planting or fencing so as to conceal them from view by neighboring residences and streets.
