Common use of Recourse by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Recourse by Tenant. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease to the contrary, Tenant shall look solely to the estate and property of Landlord in the land and buildings comprising the Building, subject to prior rights of any mortgagee of the Building, or any part thereof, for the collection of any judgment or other judicial process requiring the payment of money by Landlord with respect to any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease to be observed and/or performed by Landlord, and no other assets of Landlord shall be subject to levy, execution, or other procedures for the satisfaction of Tenant's remedies.

Recourse by Tenant. Notwithstanding anything contained Anything in this Lease to the contrarycontrary notwithstanding, Tenant shall look solely to the estate and property equity of Landlord in the land and buildings comprising the BuildingPremises, subject to prior rights of the holder of any mortgagee mortgage or deed of the Building, or any part thereoftrust, for the collection of any judgment (or other judicial process process) requiring the payment of money by Landlord in the event of any default or breach by Landlord with respect to any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease to be observed and/or or performed by Landlord, and no other assets of Landlord shall be subject to levy, execution, execution or other procedures for the satisfaction of Tenant's ’s remedies.

Recourse by Tenant.
