Common use of Records Reports Clause in Contracts

Records Reports. Borrower covenants with Bank that Borrower shall keep Records and prepare financial statements and shall cause to be furnished to Bank the following (all of the foregoing and following which comprise financial statements are to be kept and prepared in accordance with GAAP applied on a basis consistent with the Financials unless Borrower's certified public accountants concur in any changes therein and such changes are consistent with then applicable GAAP).
