Kymera will provide Sanofi a reasonable opportunity via the JRDC to discuss and provide input with respect to \u2587\u2587\u2587\u2587\u2587\u2587\u2019s Research activities under the Research Plan, including with respect to the prioritization of Research activities for Collaboration Compounds.\n2.11.3 In addition to, and without limiting, the reporting requirements in Section 2.11.2, during the First Additional Degrader Research Term, Kymera will furnish to the JRDC, within [***], a written report on Kymera\u2019s Research activities with respect to Collaboration Compounds that are Researched under Section 2.4 and have the potential to be classified as First Additional Degraders.
