Common use of RECORDS MAINTENANCE Clause in Contracts

RECORDS MAINTENANCE. The Recipient shall retain and keep accessible all books, documents, papers, and records that are directly related to this Contract, the Project or the Financing Proceeds for a minimum of six years, or such longer period as may be required by other provisions of this Contract or applicable law, following the Project Closeout Deadline. If there are unresolved issues at the end of such period, Recipient shall retain the books, documents, papers and records until the issues are resolved.
