Common use of Records and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Records and Documentation. Originals or copies of all business and financial records, tax information, files, books and form contracts specifically relating to the Assets described in the other clauses of this Section 1(a) or to the Assumed Liabilities, including, but not limited to, books and records, if any, which reflect the principal terms of each Purchased Contract;
