Recording of this Agreement. The School Board agrees to record this Agreement within fourteen (14) days after execution in the Clay County Public Records.
Recording of this Agreement. This Agreement, or a memorandum of this Agreement, will, upon the written request of a Party, be recorded in the office of any Governmental Authority identified in the written request of the requesting Party, in order to give notice to other Persons of that Party’s interests that arise under this Agreement. Each Party agrees with the requesting Party to execute those documents that may be necessary to perfect such recording.
Recording of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be recorded by the University in the official records with the Clerk of the Court in and for Polk County, Florida, within seven (7) days of the Agreement’s execution by all Parties. A copy of the recorded Agreement shall be forwarded to the state land planning agency by the University within fourteen (14) days after the Agreement’s execution by all Parties and a copy shall be provided to the City.
Recording of this Agreement a. Developer shall promptly record this Developer’s Agreement in the Monmouth County Clerk's office where it shall remain on record until the Developer has complied with the obligations herein. At such time, the Governing Body shall adopt a Resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of a Release and Satisfaction of Developer’s Agreement in recordable form at the developer’s cost and expense.
Recording of this Agreement. 5.1 The PURCHASER is entitled to have this agreement recorded against the title deed of the PROPERTY in terms of Section 20 of the Alienation of Land Act once the PROPERTY becomes registrable. The SELLER and PURCHASER jointly undertake to instruct the CONVEYANCERS to attend to the recording of this agreement within 90 (ninety) days after the PROPERTY becomes registrable, and will sign the documents necessary to procure the recording.

A copy of the recorded Agreement shall be forwarded to the state land planning agency by the UNF BOT within 14 days after the date of execution. The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date upon which the last party has executed the Agreement.

This Agreement, or a memorandum of this Agreement, will, be recorded in the recording district or office of the applicable Governmental Authority where the Property is located, in order to give notice to third persons of South32’s interests (whether direct or indirect) in the Property or that arise under this Agreement. Each Trilogy Party agrees with South32 to execute, notarize, deliver, file or register (as the case may be) those documents that may be necessary to perfect such recording or registration. Mountain Creek or a Resort Operator shall record this A greement together with the Order approving same with the Clerk’s Office for Real Estate Records in Sussex County, New Jersey within ten (10) business days of the Effective Date. All recording costs shall be borne by Mountain Creek or a Resort Operator.
