Common use of Recordation into Register Clause in Contracts

Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of confirmation from a Lender that it is increasing its Commitment hereunder, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(A) above, the Administrative Agent shall (A) record the information contained therein in the Register and (B) give prompt notice thereof to the Company. Upon its receipt of an Assumption Agreement executed by an Assuming Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(A) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such Assumption Agreement has been completed and is in substantially the form of Exhibit G, (c) accept such Assumption Agreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Company.

Upon its receipt of an Assumption Agreement agreement referred to in clause (ii)(y) above executed by an Assuming Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(Aii)(x) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such Assumption Agreement agreement has been completed and is in substantially the form of Exhibit Gcompleted, (cx) accept such Assumption Agreementagreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the CompanyBorrower.

Upon its receipt of an Assumption Assignment and Acceptance Agreement executed by an Assuming Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(Ab)(i) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such Assumption Assignment and Acceptance Agreement has been completed and is in substantially the form of Exhibit G, (cx) accept such Assumption Assignment and Acceptance Agreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Company.

Upon its receipt of an Assumption Agreement agreement referred to in clause (ii)(y) above executed by an Assuming Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(Aii)(x) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such Assumption Agreement agreement has been completed and is in substantially the form of Exhibit Gcompleted, (cx) accept such Assumption Agreementagreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Company.
