Recordable Memorandum. Landlord and Tenant agree not to record this Lease, but each party agrees, upon request by the other, to execute a memorandum of this Lease in recordable form and in compliance with applicable law, with a description of the Premises, the term of this Lease and any other portions hereof, excepting the rental provisions, as either party may reasonably request. Any and all recording costs required in connection with the recording of such Memorandum of Lease shall be paid by the party requesting recordation.
Recordable Memorandum. The parties shall execute a memorandum of the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, and cause the same to be recorded in the Office of the Xxxx County Recorder.

Recordable Memorandum. Within 30 days following the execution and delivery of this Agreement, STRATHMORE shall deliver to SUMITOMO a memorandum which evidences the rights held by SUMITOMO pursuant to Sections 15.1, in a form which is acceptable for recording in the land records of XxXxxxxx County, New Mexico.
Recordable Memorandum. Section 31.01. Promptly after the Landlord acquires fee title to the Demised Premises or a leasehold in the Demised Premises, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a memorandum of lease in recordable form, setting forth a description of the Demised Premises, the Term, rights of renewal, and such other information, excepting the Rent, as either party may reasonably request. The memorandum of lease may be recorded by either party hereto and the party so recording such instrument shall pay the recording fee. In no event shall the memorandum of lease be deemed to alter, amend, or modify any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Lease. Except as set forth herein Tenant shall not record this Lease.
Recordable Memorandum. Landlord and Tenant agree not to record this Lease, but each party agrees, upon request by the other, to execute a memorandum of this Lease in recordable form and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "I". If requested by Landlord, Tenant agrees to execute and deliver to Carlton, Fields, Ward, Xxxxxxxx, Xxitx & Xutlxx, xx hold in escrow, a termination of the memorandum of lease, the form of which termination is attached hereto as Exhibit "J".
Recordable Memorandum. The parties agree that Operator shall have the right to record a memorandum of this Agreement with the Xxxxx County Register of Deeds Office.
Recordable Memorandum. At the closing of the initial purchase of the Property by the parties, the parties shall execute a memorandum of this Agreement, and in particular the options granted herein, in recordable form, and cause the same to be recorded in the Office of the Xxxx County Recorder.
Recordable Memorandum. The parties agree that Manager shall have the right to record a memorandum of this Agreement with the Sauk County Register of Deeds Office.
