Record-Keeping and Information Provision. The Administrator shall use the computer software provided by CWC to maintain accurate records of Medcorp's operation, including, but not limited to, records related to revenues, expenses, taxes, inventory, fixed assets, personnel matters, patient records, billing and collection, patient visits and scheduling, and shall obtain all required licenses and permits where appropriate.
